We all know that unexpected things can crop up occasionaly to make us late for appointments, but unfortunately patients arriving late for surgeries have raised a few issues recently and so we have introduced a new policy to help manage late arrivals. The policy can be found in more detail here, but essentially if someone arrives more then TEN muinutes after their appointment time then this may result in them being asked to re- book at a different appointment.
In response to the outbreak of measles currently happening in the West Midlands, we are offering the MMR vaccination to all unvaccinated children and adults. You can book an appointment to receive an MMR if you have never receieved a complete course, and in the coming days, SMS messages will be sent to all those whose records show an incomplete course as a reminder.

We now offer a hearing test and hearing aid service at the surgery, provided free of charge by Scrivens Audiology. This service is available to all patients aged 55 and over who feel they would benefit from a hearing test or NHS hearing aid. Please ask at Reception....
We are pleased to announce that we now offer a free text messaging service to our patients. You will now automatically receive important information from Eden Court by text message, including helpful reminders of the date and time of your next booked appointment.
It is important therefore that we hold the correct mobile telphone number for you, and our receptionists would be happy to help change or amend your number so that you can receive these messages.
Alternatively, you can opt out of this service by informing reception, either in person or by telephone.
Do you need information in a different format? Do you need support?
Please inform our receptionist if you wish to receive correspondence in any of the above ways.
Under new regulations, all GP surgeries are required to post an average earnings report. Our report is now available..
